Lars graduated in Architecture in Hamburg and worked in senior roles in construction for over twenty years, in businesses operating in Germany, Spain and the UK, collaborating at every project stage with clients, engineers, sub-contractors, suppliers and consultants.<\/p>\n

His work comprises numerous residential, commercial, retail and interior projects covering all aspects of design and construction activity.<\/p>\n

Committed to every challenge regardless of size, Lars is passionate about the complex world of building and focussed on details especially at the final stage of the construction process.<\/p>\n

Tom was born in Poland and has over fifteen years experience in planning and design. Having worked in architectural and development offices in Poland, Germany and Spain, Tom understands the uniqueness, challenge and possibilities of each single project. He is as passionate about his own work as he is about collaborating with clients, engineers and contractors.<\/p>\n

Every successful project, big or small, is the product of a team. Tom believes the right partnerships and respect for everyone\u2019s role is crucial in achieving a great result and he cares as much about the project vision as he does about the way to get there.<\/p>\n
