Our project management department, manages and controls all the technical and economic resources of any type of construction project, throughout all its phases. Our final goal is to guarantee the term, cost and quality, based on realistic objectives both in time and in total investment.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our service includes supervision, coordination and oversight of all project team members throughout the entire project and construction process.<\/strong> This type of service requires the coordination of external consultants and parties including the architect and engineer, developer, general contractor, authorities, and coordination of internal specialists including the cost manager, technical experts and health and safety coordinator.<\/p>\n

Construction planning and monitoring of 8 new residential buildings and restoration of a former school and its transformation to a residential buildings.<\/strong> The complex which is built following german standards, contains 22 apartments with a total floor area of 1.930sqm and a underground parking garage:<\/p>\n
